Tenor horn

mini logo

The tenor horn has been around since the 1840 and was made by Adolf Sax. It features predominantly in a brass band where it fills the gap between the high instruments and the low instruments. Due to the deep mouthpiece and the conical bore of the instrument it produces a mellow round tone.
