Berkshire Music Trust hosts special day of music with the Rainbow Trust
In partnership with Rainbow Trust, Berkshire Music Trust recently hosted an inspiring afternoon of music at Reading Music Centre. On Wednesday 30th October, Berkshire Music Trust welcomed families for a day of musical activities, which included a Mini Maestros session tailored for young children and a vibrant steel pan workshop led by CultureMix. Both sessions encouraged active participation and brought smiles to the faces of children and families alike.
The event was generously supported by The Earley Charity, whose funding played a crucial role in making the day accessible to all families.
“Partnership working and inclusivity are such a core part of what we do at Berkshire Music Trust, and so supporting the Rainbow Trust to make this project happen was a real privilege. The young people who attended lit up when the music started playing, and our team did a fabulous job bringing the joy of music into the children’s lives. Also a big thank you to our Delivery Partners at CultureMix for being involved too!” Jamie Read – Partnership and Inclusion Manager
