Berkshire Music Trust announces Lead Schools for Music

Berkshire Music Trust is excited to announce our newly appointed Lead Schools for Music. Lead Schools have been identified for their consistent high-quality music provision and desire to raise the profile of music education in their area. 

Lead Schools will be given the role of providing guidance and support to other local schools, helping them to improve their music provision. Lead Schools will also work with Music Hubs to better understand the needs of schools, with the aim of enhancing music education across Berkshire. 

The following schools have been announced as our Lead Schools for Music, with further schools to be announced shortly.

Langley Grammar School, Slough 

Kennet School, West Berkshire 

Kendrick School, Reading

Garland Junior School, West Berkshire 

Langley Hall Arts Academy, Slough 

Cippenham Primary, Slough 

Courthouse Junior School, Windsor and Maidenhead 

South Lake Primary School, Wokingham
